My book, Your Primal Body, was featured in the Winter 2012 edition of edible Santa Barbara, a community-based magazine that celebrates the local food, farms and cuisine of Santa Barbara County.
The feature includes an excerpt from my book along with a couple of my recipes. You can pick up a copy of edible Santa Barbara magazine at the Farmers Market on Saturdays, at the corner of Santa Barbara and Cota Streets (8:30am to 12:30pm) and on Tuesdays at the 500 and 600 blocks of State Street (4pm to 7:30pm), as well as other locations around town.
