SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Whether you have previously worked with a trainer or are just starting out, our small group personal training program is perfect for you. Working together with like-minded members in a small group environment will help you to establish a routine while building friendships that can carry you through the rest of your life.
Our small groups are limited to 4-8 members, so you’ll never feel like you are lost in a corner while performing exercises with bad technique. Because our programs are scaled to challenge members of all levels from novice to expert, you will always receive the attention you require to get the most out of your workout, regardless of your fitness level.
