Foam Rolling and Stretching with Santa Barbara City College

During the month of July I led a 4-session class Become Pain Free with Foam Rolling and Stretching. It was an enormous success. I even noticed familiar faces from my previous classes and lectures. The eager group learned how many injuries can be avoided through proper stretching and foam rolling. They practiced a variety of fun and effective exercises and stretches for deep tissue release. And they graduated the class with a higher sense of relief, increased mobility and flexibility.
