From May 21 through June 4, 2014, I led a 3-part class Making Sense of a Paleo Lifestyle in my studio in conjunction with Santa Barbara City College’s Center For Lifelong Learning.
In just three short lessons, students learned the basic 7 primal movements, movements they can use to build muscle for everyday activities while burning fat and improving cardiovascular fitness. By continuing this exercise regimen on a consistent basis, they will be able to turn back the clock and look and feel better in a relatively short amount of time. Their hard work and effort definitely showed!
