When I started the “Fit and Lean Project” with Mikki Reilly I had three main goals: To lose 10-15 pounds, become leaner/see more muscle tone and to reduce inflammation/feel better. I was skeptical that I could see such results in a short time, but sure enough at the end of the three month project, to my surprise, I had truly transformed, by losing 10 pounds of fat and gaining 10 pounds of lean mass and by seeing definition in my muscles and feeling stronger/energetic/confident. My health has been more vibrant with less inflammatory issues.

I started to see changes in my muscle tone within the first month. Although I have only lost a few pounds, I’ve realized that transformation is more important. Dropping 1-2 pant sizes and hearing from others, “You look amazing” and “What are you doing to create this change?” was more valuable to me. Participating in sports and doing daily activities have become easier to do. The project took tremendous dedication, but the changes were immeasurable. I have trained with other trainers in the past and I can say that I have never encountered the phenomenal body changes that I have gained while working with Mikki Reilly. She has pushed me to rise to my own goals, while supporting me with precision. This was by far one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I am continuing on with this training for another year, as I now know that I need this form of workout and skillful maintenance to continue on with my goals. The cost is negligible compared to the amazing results!
