Here is a list of 10 of the most common challenges:

Time – Whether it’s a job, family, or other personal responsibilities, you just can’t find the time!

Motivation – It’s hard to get up and exercise, especially after a long day of work, and even when you do, you’re not achieving the results you desire.

Money – Trainers can be expensive, and how can you know you’re going to get your money’s worth?

Fear – What if you can’t achieve your fitness goal? What if you do, but can’t maintain your progress? What will people think?

Information – In the era of technology, with Google at your fingertips, it’s easy to get distracted from your main question: what does it actually take to change your body?

Pain and Injuries – Whether it’s a high school injury or a result of a more recent accident, the pain you are experiencing is preventing you from taking care of and using your body.

Limiting Beliefs – This occurs when your beliefs about yourself limit your possibilities, and may vary from “I don’t deserve to be successful” to “I’m not athletic” to even “Exercise doesn’t work for me.”

Just Hate It! – This may be because you find the idea of running on a treadmill for long periods of time boring, or because when you do exercise you find yourself in pain, or even because you never get the results you want – whatever your reason may be, you just don’t like exercising.

You! – You don’t have time, energy, patience… this list can go on! Regardless of the reason, fitness is not a priority in your life.

Responsibility! – You know that you need to change your lifestyle, maybe get out more and exercise, but you also can’t help but use one of the above excuses to avoid making a change.
